Sitting, sleeping, drinking even the very clothing they wear while creating! All are part of the canvas. Too many are un/under-employed while the cost of living has steadfastly increased. Many of these are gifted and talented individuals, who with the support and direction can generate incomes for not only themselves but also for the communities. Lack of the corporate structure as a cushion and the burden of financial responsibility leave many uncertain as to how to proceed. Present resources and classes do not adequately answer the specific issues of this growing group?
“How do I create a definable product by which I can feed my self and my family?”
The Artist Mosaics was developed, based on years spent seeking the same answers. Its timing could not be more relevant. While most of the ideas have been initialized it will take a vast amount of support to successfully implement these. Setting an example in what we preach. We chose a name with the intent of developing a Trade name and presence, building a brand around an intangible concept. An Exploration of the concept reveals.
Artist
one, such as a painter, sculptor, or writer, who is able by virtue of imagination and talent or skill to create works of aesthetic value, especially in the fine arts.
A person whose work shows exceptional creative ability or skill: You are an artist in the kitchen.
One, such as an actor or singer, who works in the performing arts.
One who is adept at an activity.
Mosaic
· A picture or decorative design made by setting small colored pieces, as of stone or tile, into a surface.
· The process or art of making such pictures or designs.
· A composite picture made of overlapping, usually aerial, photographs.
· Something that resembles a mosaic
· Mosaic Laws; a broad generalization expressive of the constant action, or effect, of natural conditions; as death is a law of nature; self-defense is a law of nature.
AM artium magister (Master of Arts).

Which talents, skills or inherent attributes, can be ‘traded’. This is not just finding your artistic wealth, but trading on life’s commodity market! It is conceiving options beyond the obvious. Tools and resources for research are emphasized! Product development is not just explored it is mastered! Whether your product is a watch or a one woman show Artist Mosaic provides opportunities for direct audience presentation at a critical stage. Effort is made to develop archival documentation processes, oft needed in promotional press kits, portfolios, grant and loan solicitation.
The program is designed in segments

A test group was initialized in January; the projects are set formats over three month periods; however the artist will be able to direct his individual development within that space. Artist must make personal contracts to themselves and other member of their group. The second phase will see each artist developing their specific project from conception through proposal and eventually to market! The second period will be targeted to coincide with preparation for grant.
This project is aimed specifically at providing alternate income streams. As such we are targeting individuals who have natural abilities that can be developed into products with marketable self-reliance skills and talents.
